Our mission

For Software Founders

Growth should create freedom. Not more chaos.

Steddi exists because too many good businesses outgrow the systems they rely on. We build the operational infrastructure that helps them grow with clarity, consistency and confidence.

What we believe

Businesses shouldn't stop growing because their systems never did.

We believe

Growth shouldn't depend on one person remembering everything. The right systems create consistency, visibility and accountability so businesses can grow without becoming harder to run.

That's why we built Steddi.

Growing businesses don't need more tools. They need one system that makes the tools work together. That's what we build.

Our story

How we got here.

2019

Started where most businesses start - juggling everything manually.

Coaching clients in pro rugby and private training. Calendars, follow-ups, client notes - all in his head. Good at the work. Drowning in the admin around it. Image direction: Training environment, gym floor, early career energy

Became a founder. Became the bottleneck.

Built a software company. Wore every hat. Spent more time firefighting than building. Deep in delivery because the systems weren't good enough to trust anyone else with it. Working in the business instead of on it - with no clear way out.

Went back to PT. This time, built the system first.

Implemented the operational infrastructure before scaling the client base. 200 - person waitlists. 500+ leads. 100+ calls booked. Thousands in trial revenue. All through systems, not effort. The business grew because the system required it to.

Realised the system was the product.

The passion for the work itself had been replaced by something else - the desire to help other business owners build what I'd built. Supported a handful of businesses on a consultancy basis. Saw the same problems everywhere. Launched Steddi.

Our principles

Built on a few simple ideas.

Diagnose before we build.

We find out where things are actually breaking before we touch anything. Symptoms and root causes are different problems.

The goal is always owner independence.

Every system we build is designed to reduce how much the business depends on one person. Including us.

Built for your industry, not adapted from someone else's.

Generic systems create generic results. Every deployment is built around how your type of business actually operates.

Simple enough to actually use.

A system nobody uses is worse than no system. We build for adoption, not impressiveness.

Structure before automation.

Automation on top of a broken process makes a faster broken process. We get the structure right first.

Visibility before confidence.

You can't lead a business you can't see. Visibility isn't a feature - it's the foundation everything else is built on.
